Our premium package is perfect for groups (three or more) of teens engaging in problematic risk-taking behaviour who are more sociable and work well in groups environments.

Behaviours exhibited by these teens may include, drug and alcohol misuse, truancy, hanging out with the ‘wrong crowd’, engaging in underage sex. Vulnerable teens may be identified by noticeable changes in their behaviours, self-harming, withdrawing and a disinterest in things they previously enjoyed.

It involves the young people enaging in group sessions in which they are given a safe space to unpack whats really going on for them with peers sharing similar experiences. The content is tailored specifically to the needs of the students on the program and is student led throughout. Teens will gain the knowledge and skills to better their situations, be empowered to take control of their lives, and know their worth in the world.

Teen Revolution simultaneously works with the students teachers and parents, providing them with the skills and knowledge to best support the young people in their care to start on a positive life trajectory.

What We Do

Ongoing group work with the teenagers discussing and addressing emotional, behavioural and life challenges they may be experiencing through confidential group discussions and experiential learning techniques. Topics covered may include emotional literacy and emotional regulation; assertive communication and saying ‘no’; identifying needs and asking for them to be met; healthy boundaries and how to set them.

Resources for the young people containing the most important information covered on the program in easily digestible formats such as infographics and checklists so they may easily refer to them during and after the program.

Activity booklets for teens so they can put theory into practise, aiding and solidifying the learning process.

A personal notebook for the students to record any thoughts, feelings and reflective comments they deem important during the program’s duration in any way they choose. It provides a completely confidential and non-judgemental space for them to be truly open and honest about what they are learning and processing.

communication; self-awareness, feelings literacy and emotional regulation.

Separate group coaching support for teachers and for parents during the program to unpack their experiences, thoughts and feelings around the challenging situations they have encountered with or as a result of the teens on the program.

Teachers and parents have access to coaches for one month after the final session to assist them putting theory into practice. Coaches will be available to answer questions and troubleshoot any pressing issues that may arise. This maximises the potential for long term positive outcomes for the teenagers’ partaking in the program.

We supports Teens to Transition from 'Troubled' to 'Triumphant'!

We work with teens who are struggling with the pressures of adolescence, who are feeling lost or misunderstood and expressing themselves through risk-taking or harmful behaviour.

We see them. We hear them and we listen to them.

We design our programs based on their specific needs. Our programs are fluid and flexible in their structure, developing organically depending on the students requirements at the time, thus addressing any pressing issues as they arise.

By collaborating with the teens in this way, they gain some autonomy over their lives and sense of control over its direction. They become empowered to make positive decisions, to problem solve, take responsibility for their actions and subsequently build resilience. They find purpose in the world and confidence in who they are.

Our unique customised and collaborative approach clearly stands out from other services. Teen Revolution provides a simple and impactful way to support teenagers struggling to navigate adolescence and help them on the path to positive, long term outcomes fast.

All packages are aligned with NSW Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum and the NSW Wellbeing Framework.

This package is perfect for and specifically designed for a single teenager engaging in problematic risk-taking behaviour who needs critical, individualised support. It is ideal for teens who are socially isolated either by choice or circumstance (for example bullying) and would benefit better from personalised attention than a group setting. This option is also suited to those whose behaviour is challenging to manage in groups.

Teen Revolution works intensively with the young person through 1-1 mentoring, focusing on the exact needs of the young person so they build confidence, increase self-worth, learn to communicate confidently and ask for what they want, and get excited about their future.

Teen Revolution simultaneously works in close collaboration with the student’s teachers and parents to provide them with the crucial knowledge and skills necessary to provide the teen with the support they need.
